Join CREDA New Jersey for an innovative and highly interactive public policy forum designed to connect commercial real estate professionals with senior leaders from the State of New Jersey. Unlike a traditional conference, this is an "unconference" that replaces lengthy presentations with meaningful conversations, real-time Q&A, and collaborative problem-solving.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with agency leaders, ask questions, share challenges, and discuss solutions surrounding the issues shaping New Jersey's commercial real estate industry, including permitting, redevelopment, infrastructure, housing, economic development, financing, and energy. Attendees will choose the breakout sessions most relevant to their work, creating a personalized experience that encourages open dialogue, stronger partnerships, and a better understanding of the policies and processes impacting commercial real estate across the state.
